Security Deposit
Cleaning Fee
A $25 CAD cleaning fee applies for spills, food residue, smoke, or pet hair beyond ordinary dust.
Late Returns
Late returns incur a $10 CAD per hour fee, capped at $60 CAD per day, in addition to damage charges.
Use Policy
Equipment is strictly for indoor use only. Outdoor use or unauthorized modifications are prohibited.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL?
Each Edmonton retro gaming kit comes with a classic console, two controllers, four fan‑favorite game cartridges, all necessary cables, a power adapter, and a premium tote bag to carry it all.
HOW DO I BOOK MY RENTAL?
Send us a message at info@pixelpartyrentals.ca to lock in your rental. Flexible pickup, weekend bookings, and Edmonton‑wide delivery make it easy to get your retro gaming kit.
IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
A $100 CAD refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. This ensures the equipment is returned in good condition and covers any accidental damage or cleaning fees.
CAN I ADD EXTRA GAMES?
Yes, we offer a $5 CAD per cartridge add-on for any additional classic games you'd like to include in your rental kit. Simply let us know when you book your event.
WHERE CAN I USE THE KIT?
Our rental kits are designed for indoor use only. They are perfect for private game nights, birthday parties, and corporate events in Edmonton and surrounding communities.
